As part of fire safety awareness month, the children had the opportunity to see a real firetruck up close, meet our local firefighters, and learn important safety tips in a fun, hands-on way. The firefighters demonstrated their gear and turned on the truck's flashing lights. Thank you Morganton Fire Dept for the fun and educational experience on all things fire safety.

It is with heavy hearts that one of our families attending Calvary recently experienced a house fire and lost their home. While everyone is safe, they are facing a difficult road ahead and starting over. We are organizing a donation drive to help with their basic needs and necessities. Calvary families and friends help us help them with whatever we can or are able.
We can start by collecting non-perishable items here at the dayschool. For example: grocery cards, gas cards, toiletries (soaps, toothpaste, toilet paper, wipes, diapers size 4-5), etc... Every little bit helps in a big way!🙏🏼 🏡

You may be at a loss for words, but here at Calvary we’ve got you... Take a sneak peak at some of the sweetest handmade treasures our littles made this week!

During Teacher Appreciation Week, we have a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the impact our teachers and staff have on our lives, our children and to say, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you!
Every day, teachers show up to deliver lessons, nurture, guide, and inspire. Every day, teachers transform ordinary moments into extraordinary discoveries. They turn curiosity into confidence, challenges into triumphs and classrooms into launchpads for dreams. Let's celebrate the magic that happens when dedicated educators pour their hearts into helping our children grow.

Happy Easter Calvary Dayschool family and friends! Just as flowers bloom in the spring after disappearing in the winter, Jesus came back to life to show us love and new beginnings. We've had a wonderful week and wanted to thank our parents, staff and volunteers for helping us spread a little extra love, joy and a little bit of cuteness! ⛪🐇🐣

It seems a mischievous little leprechaun has visited our Calvary kids today! His light-hearted pranks ranged from turning things green, classrooms into chaos and leaving behind tiny little footprints... The messy fun the "leprechaun" has made sparked laughter and set a playful tone for learning throughout the day. 🍀 🌈
