You aren’t a project manager and your kids aren’t a performance review. You are responsible for faithfulness, but God is responsible for the outcome.

To the parent feeling the heavy pressure to "get it all right," remember that your children are a gift to enjoy, not a project to perfect.

It is easy to believe their entire future depends solely on your performance, but that is a burden you weren't designed to carry.

God asks us for faithfulness and showing up, but He is the one who ultimately holds their hearts and their outcomes.
