Have you ever felt powerless? What did you do? Did you yell that it's not fair, did you curse? Did you cry out to God? God has equipped us with power through the Holy Spirit.

What is hope? A belief or desire that something you want to achieve will come true. What are you hoping for? Love, happiness, relief from pain, worry? Put you hope in God, believe that it will happen, if it's God's will, trust in God's promise of an abundant life.
