Sometimes we get ‘punched in the face’ by circumstances beyond our control… BUT here’s the truth: God meets us in the mess! 👊🏼

It’s Pastor Appreciation Month, and today we’re celebrating our Pulse Student Pastor, Carder Ferguson! ❤️

We got to ask Carder a few questions about his faith, his journey with Jesus, and what he’s praying for at The Village.

We love getting a glimpse of Carder’s heart for students and his passion for helping the next generation meet, know and share Jesus. From building relationships to creating opportunities for students to grow in their faith, Carder is making a difference in the lives of students and helping them discover who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him.

Carder, thank you for the energy, leadership, and heart you bring to Pulse! We’re grateful for the way you show up for our students, pour into their lives, and help them take their next steps with Jesus. We’re thankful to have you on the team and excited to see all God has ahead for Pulse!

“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭6‬:‭18‬ ‭

Sometimes we get so caught up in our own lives that we forget how powerful it is to pray for the people around us. Your prayers for your family, your friends, your church, and even someone who hasn’t asked for prayer can make a difference. 💙

The good days, the hard days, the moments we feel close to Him, and even the moments we don’t know what to say… we should PRAY! We don’t have to have the perfect words or know exactly what to pray, We just have to be willing to come to God and keep showing up! 🙏🏼

What a weekend of celebrations! 11 souls are now guaranteed eternity with Jesus! Families, friends and fellow church attendees witnessed some great testimonies and some decisions made on the spot. Heaven rejoices either way!

Christ models a life of faithfulness for you to follow… will you step into it? Start small. Be faithful in the LITTLE things, and watch what God does in your life! 🤍

What if your money could talk? What would it say about your priorities, your faith, and the way you're living?

In Money Talks, we look at one of Jesus' most surprising stories about money and discover that our finances reveal much more than what we can afford—they reveal what we value.

Jesus teaches us that money can add meaning to life, but it is not the meaning of life. Our resources are an opportunity to make a difference, invest in people, and create stories that last far beyond the things we can buy.

Through Luke 16, we'll explore three important questions:
Are you using money to accumulate stuff or create stories that last?
Are you being faithful with what you have right now?
Are you serving God—or are you being controlled by money?

Whether you're doing well financially, struggling to make ends meet, or somewhere in between, this message offers a different way to think about money—one rooted in generosity, faithfulness, and eternal purpose.

If your money could give you a report card today, what grade would you get?
