Swaddling Clothes of River of Life Lutheran Church in Channahon, IL Swaddling Clothes is a free store for parents who need a little help getting clothing, diapers, and other baby-related supplies for their little ones.

We are 🅞🅟🅔🅝 on the second Saturday (9 to noon) and the fourth Tuesday (5 to 7 pm) each month. How does “Swaddling Clothes” work? From various donors, we assemble a collection of items associated with pregnancy and motherhood - clothes from newborn to size 12, diapers, formula, bottles, etc… Then, on the second Saturday of each month, and the fourth Tuesday of each month, River of Life hosts a “shopping day” where you can survey our collection and take whatever you need, up to a certain number of items. If any of the items you take can be re-donated to Swaddling Clothes when you are done with them, we ask that you do so to help those in need after you.
