2026 Trunk or Treat Sign-Up for Sunday Oct. 25th, 3-6 pm.

We’re looking for fun, creative, and enthusiastic people to decorate a trunk for Channahon United Methodist Church’s Trunk or Treat! Pick a theme, decorate your vehicle, bring some treats, and help create a safe, welcoming, and exciting evening for children and families in our community. Your trunk can be simple, silly, spooky-but-friendly, faith-themed, or completely over-the-top—the most important thing is joining in the fun! Gather your family, small group, ministry team, or a few friends and create a trunk together. Sign up today and help us fill the parking lot with decorated trunks, smiling faces, and plenty of treats!

Celebrate the beauty of fall with an afternoon of fun, fellowship, and community at Channahon United Methodist Church's Family Fall Fest & Trunk or Treat!

Bring the whole family and enjoy a festive afternoon filled with decorated trunks, candy, games, seasonal activities, treats, and plenty of fall fun for all ages. Whether you're collecting candy at our Trunk or Treat, playing games, or simply spending time with friends and neighbors, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

This free community event is a wonderful opportunity to make memories, meet new friends, and celebrate the season in a safe, welcoming, family-friendly environment.

Everyone is welcome—no church experience is needed. We invite neighbors, friends, and families from throughout the community to join us!

Your RSVP helps us prepare enough candy, snacks, activities, and space to ensure a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Channahon UMC was serving dinner at Day Break Shelter in Joliet yesterday. We were told that our taco dinner was the best. 🤗 it made us very happy and grateful to God for this opportunity to serve. 🙏🏽🤗🥰
