Calvary Baptist Church Calvary Baptist Church was established in 1981 as a local body of believers in Middleburg, Florida. Ben Drysdale served as our founding pastor from 1981-86.

Ministries include Adult Bible Classes, Sunday School, Choir and Music, Nursery, Christian Academy, Bus Ministry, Jail Ministry, Homeless Ministry, Senior Citizens, Vacation Bible School, Addictions, Community Outreach and Evangelism, Missions, All Nations Outreach Ministy, and more. Ken Pledger has served as our pastor from 1986-present.

Freedom is not an accident. It is a gift, paid for in full by who came before us. May we never take it for granted.

Let us remember the freedoms we enjoy today, the freedom to gather, to worship, to speak truth, to raise our families according to our convictions, these did not come without cost. They were purchased by men and women who gave everything, many of them never coming home.

And today, we ask you to take just a moment, whether at the table, in prayer before the meal, or in a quiet word today to recognize the fallen who made this day possible.
