Objective:The Black church Leadership Cohort focuses on empowering leaders within the Black Church tradition. This initiative aims to equip pastors and ministry leaders through education and community engagement, fostering a supportive environment for growth and development.

Educational Perspectives:Programs designed from a Black Theological perspective, addressing unique challenges and opportunities within the Black church context.

Community Engagement:Rigorous coursework and transformative public events strengthen community ties and enhance leadership skills.

Intergenerational Focus: Emphasizes intergenerational dialogue and leaders, ensuring diverse voices contribute to the ministry.

Supportive Network: Participants benefit from a community ministers and church leaders committed to advancing the Black Church’s mission and impact.
