Subject: Official Delegate Briefing: 15 Day Countdown to the 2026 General Conference
Dear Delegates, Alternates, and Guests!
In exactly fifteen days, we will officially convene for the 2026 General Conference. Our host venue, the magnificent Hilton Anatole Dallas, is ready to welcome us for what promises to be an exceptional session.
As you finalize your travel arrangements and preparations, please review these key logistical updates to ensure a seamless and productive experience.
1. Navigating the Hilton Anatole Campus the Hilton Anatole is a world-class, expansive property featuring distinct Atrium and Tower wings. Because all our sessions, committee meetings, and events will take place across this sprawling campus, please anticipate significant some walking distances but great exercise. We highly recommend wearing professional, comfortable footwear. Please plan to arrive at meeting rooms 15 minutes early to account for transit time across the property.
2. Weather and Attire Guidelines Late Spring in North Texas brings true summer conditions, with daytime temperatures consistently reaching the low-to-mid 90s. While outdoor areas will be hot and humid, the hotel’s large-scale convention and ballroom spaces are heavily air-conditioned. We advise dressing in versatile professional layers (such as blazers, jackets, or wraps) to remain comfortable throughout the day.
3. On-Site Logistics and Arrival
• Check-In & Registration: Upon arrival, please follow directional signage to our dedicated General Conference registration area to secure your credentials which is right in front of Peacock Terrace. Please have your registration confirmation and photo ID readily accessible.
• Parking: For those driving or utilizing rental vehicles, both self-parking and valet options are available on-site) to simplify your arrival.
• Dining: Given our robust schedule, hotel dining venues will experience peak traffic during lunch and dinner breaks. We encourage you to check out our food station right in the Trinity Expo area at Lunch and Dinner or you to utilize the hotel's Media Restaurant, grab-and-go options or plan for off-peak dining to ensure you do not miss any scheduled sessions.
We are fully committed to providing you with an environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and leadership as we reach the Next Level of Excellence.
Safe travels, and we look forward to seeing you in Dallas.
Warm regards,
Dr. Pene’ Woods, CFMP CAO
