We are beyond grateful to Mrs. Melinda for pouring into our teens in such a special way! 🎨💛 Thank you for not only teaching them the art of face painting, but also for generously donating supplies to our church. Your kindness, patience, and dedication truly made an impact.

Traveling 2 hours just to be with us speaks volumes, and we don’t take that love and commitment for granted. Our teens had an amazing time and learned so much because of you!

Check in with yourself today—no filters, no pretending.

Are you really okay, or have you just been pushing through?

It’s easy to smile on the outside while carrying weight on the inside. But your mental health matters just as much as anything else you show up for. Take a moment to pause, breathe, and be honest with where you are.

Scripture reminds us in Psalm 34:18, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” You don’t have to carry it all alone.

Today’s focus: Release what you’ve been holding in.

Talk to God. Talk to someone you trust. Write it down.

Just don’t keep it bottled up.

Healing begins when honesty shows up.

No matter what you’re facing, remember this simple truth: this too shall pass.

Some days feel heavier than others. Some seasons stretch longer than expected. But even in the middle of it all, you are still here—and that matters.

Take a moment today to check in with yourself. Be honest. Be gentle. Give yourself permission to rest, to feel, and to heal.

You don’t have to carry everything at once.

One day at a time. One step at a time.

This too shall pass.
