ECHO on Tour at the Memphis Redbirds. Even in 102 degrees, these kids had a blast. Jackson and Matthew were called out for their birthdays on the scoreboard. ECHO got a shoutout on the scoreboard. Carter was in a derby race. Matthew has in a slushie race. The kids collected so many baseballs, rans the bases, and drank LOTs of water. Our next tour date is November 29th. Where will you find us?

Love when our youth are able to learn and grow as they get to help lead the worship service on the 5th Sundays. We had singers, a reader,, greeters, ushers, sound and video, acolyte, and nursery. Our own fearless youth leader played as well. It is such a joy to watch these kids show their faith in so many ways.

LinkT Junior High Retreat, October 16-18
Junior high students will explore their Christian calling to love and serve others within the Body
of Christ during the LinkT Retreat, scheduled for Oct. 16–18 at Camp Trinity, the Lutheran camp
on Petit Jean Mountain.

Congregations throughout the LCMS Mid-South District are encouraged to bring students in
grades 6–8 for a weekend of Christian fellowship, outdoor experiences surrounded by the
beauty of God’s creation and meaningful opportunities to hear the life-changing message of the Gospel. Students will also have the opportunity to connect with youth from other Lutheran
congregations across the district.

Pastors and youth leaders can find additional information by visiting www.lutherancamp.org
and selecting the “LinkT Youth Retreats” button at the top of the homepage. Registration is
completed by congregation. Church offices throughout the district will receive registration
forms and additional details by email.

Congregations that do not receive the email are
encouraged to contact the Camp Trinity office at [email protected]. The early
registration discount deadline is Oct. 1, but registrations – by congregation – can be submitted after that date.
