This Sunday morning our kids will learn that Jesus told His followers that they would be persecuted—hated, hurt, or even killed—for loving Him. Jesus also said that those who suffer for Him would be blessed. We can face suffering in this life because Jesus suffered first. He died and then rose again, and He is waiting for us in heaven.

Our children are going to have their Star Wars Theme Night tonight at 6:30pm in the Kidzone room. We are going to have some Star Wars themed games, snacks, prizes and a lesson on how Jesus Christ is the light of the world.
Friends are welcome to join us.

Join us tomorrow morning at 10:00am as we recognize our high school graduates. Everyone will meet together in the Fellowship Hall for worship.

Our kids will be having a Nerf War tomorrow night in the fellowship hall from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. Pizza and Capri Suns will be provided.

Join us at 6:30pm tonight for our Taco Bar Fundraiser that will benefit our VBS this summer.
We will also be having special music that will be blessing to you. All ages will be participating, from our children to our seniors.
All money raised from our dinner will be used to fund our VBS program next month.

Reminder: This Sunday morning is Graduate Sunday. Small Group Sunday School will take place at 9:00am and the worship service will be at 10:00am in the Fellowship Hall. We will be honoring both of our high school graduates during the worship service at 10:00am.

Our graduates will have a table set up this Sunday with a basket for cards and gifts. Please be praying for our graduates as they begin a new chapter in their lives.

This Sunday in Kids Church our children will learn that Jesus calls His followers to be faithful and tell others about Him, even in times of trouble. Just as Jesus experienced rejection and suffering, so will His followers. We can have joy in suffering, knowing God uses our suffering, like Christ’s, for His glory.
