Women’s Wellness Class-- Healthy and Whole in Christ
Beginning Sept 7th
Tuesdays @ 8:15-9:30am
Thursdays @ 5:45-7:00pm

Join other women to learn what God has to say about our health at all ages and stages of our lives. We will learn together and exercise together, not because we have to, but because we CAN! Sessions will work well with your current exercise routine or we can help you find what works for YOU! Join us for a no-judgment fun time of fellowship and movement. Classes are free!
