🌭💙 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED — BBQ ON THE RIVER! 💙🌭

We need your help!

Ali’s Golden State Hotdogs has generously chosen The Lighthouse – A Healing Place as their charity for BBQ on the River this year! To help make this fundraiser a success, we are looking for volunteers to work alongside their team throughout the weekend.

📅 September 24–26
⏰ 11:00 AM–11:00 PM
🙋‍♀️ 3-hour volunteer shifts

Our greatest need will be Friday afternoon/evening and ALL DAY Saturday, but we have volunteer opportunities available throughout the event.

Volunteers will help with things like:
🥤 Serving drinks
📝 Taking orders
📦 Restocking, cleaning & helping wherever needed
💳 Assisting with checkout
🌭 Helping serve food

No special experience is needed — just come ready to help and have a good time!

Every 3-hour shift that someone volunteers helps make this fundraiser possible and supports The Lighthouse and our mission to serve women and children in need in our community. 💙

Our Northside Royals are hitting the court, the field, and the course this week! We have a FULL schedule, and we’re ready to cheer on all of our student-athletes! 🙌🦁

💗🧡 INTRODUCING KAIT’S KOMFORT KLOSET! 🧡💗

We are so excited to officially launch Kate’s Komfort Kloset on September 1st!

Kait’s Komfort Kloset is a new program through Catalyst Community Center created to help individuals and families in our community who are starting over, going through a difficult season, or simply need a little extra help making a house feel like home. 🏠❤️

Our goal is to provide furniture and household necessities at no cost to those who need them. From beds, couches, tables and chairs to kitchen items, linens, home essentials and more.
Kait’s Komfort Kloset will help connect donated items with people in our community who can truly use them.

And we need YOUR help to fill the Kloset!

We are currently accepting donations of new or gently used furniture and household items. If you have something sitting around that you no longer need, consider giving it a new purpose and helping a neighbor at the same time.

🚚 Have something large or heavy to donate? No problem! We can arrange to pick up larger donated items.
