Jesus is Love ✝️

𝗕𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆
“Joseph took the body, wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and placed it in his own new tomb that he had cut out of the rock. He rolled a big stone in front of the entrance to the tomb and went away.” — Matthew 27:59–60

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲:

This moment is quiet… but it’s loaded with love and courage.

And that stone was never going to be the last word.

Sometimes God’s work looks like silence.
Like waiting.
Like a closed door.

But Matthew 27 reminds us:
Even when it looks finished… God is still moving.

𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆:

🙏 Jesus, thank You for going to the cross for me.
Help me be faithful like Joseph—brave, honoring, and willing to serve You even when it’s costly.
And when I’m in a “stone rolled over” season, give me hope and patience to trust that You’re still at work.

In Your name, Amen.

It’s almost EASTER!
Sunrise Service begins at 7am tomorrow at Birchfield. Zachary Sitzler from Carson Island will be bringing the message. We will be joining Carson Island Baptist Church at 11am to hear what God laid on Rev. Greg Watson’s heart. Lots of great singing, preaching and free breakfast! Please come join us! Everyone is welcome! 🙏 🙏🙏
