HOPE KIDS We are a kid's ministry of Marshfield Church of the Nazarene. We learn, have fun and strive each day to love Jesus and spread hope to those around us.

Our amazing crew has been hard at work getting everything ready for an unforgettable week at VBS! From decorations to details, we’re transforming our space into Emerald Crossing and we can’t wait for all the kiddos to experience this incredible Irish adventure through Psalm 23. ☘️🐑

🎉 VBS COUNTDOWN: 3 DAYS!! 🎉

We are getting SO close to an amazing week at Emerald Crossing VBS and we need your help to get ready! 💚✨

📍 1) TOMORROW is Decorating Day — WE NEED YOU!
There is LOTS of work to do to bring Emerald Crossing to life! Come lend a hand as we transform the church for VBS.
🕘 Begins at 9:00 AM and goes until finished.

📍 2) VBS Workers Meeting
All VBS workers, please plan to stay for a brief meeting following service this Sunday.

📍 3) Snack Shack Donations
Please bring all Snack Shack donations to the kitchen by Sunday.

📍 4) PRAY FOR VBS! 🙏
Pray for our kids, volunteers, safety, fun, and that hearts will be impacted by God’s love during this special week!

🚧 WEEK 6: Hammer & Nails 🔨⛪

Life can throw obstacles in our way, but God gives us the strength to keep building! Join us this Sunday as we learn from Nehemiah 4 about facing opposition and trusting God to help us keep going. 💪

This week in our “God At Work” series, HOPE KIDS will discover that God’s Spirit gives us strength when things get hard — just like Nehemiah and the builders who refused to quit!

🏗️ UNDER CONSTRUCTION — Week 5: Cement 🏗️

This Sunday in our “God At Work” series, HOPE KIDS will learn from Acts 2:1-14, 38-47 about how God’s Holy Spirit is like the cement that holds everything together. ❤️

Just like cement strengthens and connects a building, God’s Spirit connects us to Him and to one another as the Church. Kids will discover that they were never meant to do life alone. God gives us His Spirit to guide us, strengthen us, and help us grow together in faith!

📖 Memory Verse:

🏗️ UNDER CONSTRUCTION — Week 4: Laying the Foundation 🏗️

This week in our “God At Work” series, HOPE KIDS will learn about the Wise and Foolish Builders from Luke 6:46-49 and discover that the only solid foundation to build our lives on is Jesus. 🪨❤️

In a world full of shifting opinions and uncertainty, we want kids to know that following Jesus gives them a firm foundation that will stand through every storm.

We can’t wait to worship, learn, laugh, and grow together this week! Invite a friend and join us as we continue discovering how God is at work in our lives. 🔨✨
