Our sister Shaneika hosted our cooking class in June! She demonstrated Stir-Fry Couscous, Jamaican Plantain Porridge, and Strawberry Protein Smoothie! Plantain Porridge is a very common breakfast staple in the Jamaican culture, eaten with water crackers or bread. A nice little island touch;)

For August, we had our first “Non- cooking Cooking Class”! It was hosted by Amber T. She demonstrated her Summer Bean dip and Summer Berry Salad! It was so delicious, beautiful, simple, quick, and nutritious! What a blessing to be able to put together God’s bounties in such an appealing way when we’re short on time!
