A morning prayer ...

Lord God, You loved this world so much that You gave your one and only Son, that we might be called your children too. Lord, help us to live in the gladness and grace of everyday. Let us have hearts of thankfulness for Your love and sacrifice. Even as we live in these perilous times, let us rejoice in our salvation. Grant us Your peace. Help us to walk in Your mighty grace and tell Your good news to the world. All for Your glory do we pray, Lord, Amen.

A morning prayer ...

Merciful God, it is wonderful to come to you this morning and find help, hope and love. Let us abide for a while in your presence and find the peace that only you can give. As we count each blessing you so richly give us, as we think about and name each one, may our hearts overflow with thanksgiving. And then may our gratitude extend to others as we go through our day. Give us ears to hear your tender voice of guidance and courage to say, “Here I am, use me this day for I am yours.” We pray in Jesus’ name. Amen

A morning prayer ...

Dear God, at the start of each day, enlighten the eyes of our hearts that we might see you and notice how you're at work in our lives. Give us wisdom to make the best choices, fill us with a desire to seek you and your will for us. Let your Spirit and power breathe in us and through us, fresh and new. We give you thanks that you are greater than any challenge we may face today and for your presence that goes with us wherever we go. In Jesus’ name.

Good morning, Lord! Today's a new day, a chance for a new start. Yesterday is gone and with it any regrets, mistakes, or failures we may have experienced. It's a good day for us to be glad and to give You thanks. Thank you for today, a new opportunity to love, give, and be all that You want us to be. Amen.

A morning prayer ...

Lord, we come to you this morning, thanking you for your observing presence that continually watches over us and those we love. Thank you for loving us and setting us free from cares that are too heavy for us to carry. Continue to give us rest for our souls and peace for our hearts. Remind us, Lord that you have called us to be peacemakers. Our world is so divided and troubled. Help us to take up the message of Jesus’ redeeming love and reconciling peace. We pray in the name of the One we follow, our Lord Jesus. Amen.

A morning prayer ...

Lord God, You are always with us. You are with us in the day and in the night. You are with us when we're happy and when we're sad. You with us when we're healthy and when we're ill. You are with us when we are peaceful and when we are anxious. Today we are feeling hopeful that our safe measures are making a difference and we hopefully see light at the end of this long road. Help us to remember that You love us and will continue to be with us through everything-- today and always. Amen.

Dear Lord, help us to love the lives you have given us. Show us the good things we often overlook and help us to be content with what we have. Forgive us when we compare ourselves to others. Let us not concentrate on what we think we do not have and remember all that you have given us. Thank You for loving us right where we are, exactly as we are. Help us to keep our eyes on You, our Rock and our Redeemer. Amen.

A morning prayer ...

Lord, we feel weary and lonely, and sometimes frightened. Be with us, Lord, and give us Your peace and Your strength. When we try to outrun this trial, give us Your strength to run with endurance the race You have set before us. We know that because of You we will ultimately be victors over all that threatens us. We know that nothing in this world can separate us from Your great love. Thank you for Your love for us that never ends! We pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

O Lord, help us to live each moment today in thanksgiving. May we rest in your love so that we can approach each situation knowing that our highest good rests within it. Guide each of us to the life we need to live. We know that if you show us the way, we can never be lost. We pray in the name of the One who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Amen.
