This past weekend our NSBCYouth group took a trip to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter!

While at the Creation Museum they got to look into the 7 C’s of History (Creation, Corruption, Catastrophe, Confusion, Christ, Cross & Consummation) more in depth than they ever have before.

While at the Ark Encounter they learned about how Noah built the ark, how long it took him to build it, and how everything worked together by God’s design. They learned about different things in history on the third level as well.

Thank you to Ben Rhodes for putting so much of his time and dedication into the Youth for this trip to be possible. Thank you to the adults that went along to help make sure everything went as smoothly as possible and thank you to the parents who entrusted us to take your youth to experience what God has done!

This was a great trip and was so wonderful to see how amazing our God really is!

NSBC wants to give a big shoutout to all the people who attended the worker’s appreciation dinner Friday, June 5th! We love you and appreciate everything you do in service for our church. You guys rock!
We’d also like to thank those who came out to make this appreciation dinner party happen; you know who you are . . .
Our party menu included:
-Appetizers:
Chicken salad party shells
A mixed charcuterie board/fruit

-Entree:
Roasted pork loin stuffed with garlic, spinach, and Gouda
Garlic cheese mashed potatoes
Oriental style green beans
Corn on the cob
Garlic mushroom cream sauce
Toasted baguettes

-Desserts:
Cannolis
Crème brullee
Mini fudge brownies with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberry coulis
