The glory of the new covenant isn't found in stone tablets or shining faces it's found in transformed hearts. Through Christ, the veil has been removed, and we have the privilege of reflecting God's glory to the world. May our lives shine brightly as living letters of Christ!

If you aren’t in the habit of worshiping your Creator and God Almighty, take this as an invitation to start tomorrow! Bible class begins at 9:00 AM for all ages, followed by worship at 10:00 AM. Since it’s the first Sunday of the month, we also have additional opportunities at 5:00 PM and 6:45 PM to encourage and edify one another through praise and worship. We hope to see you there!

Betrayal hurts, especially when it comes from someone who is loved. A first-century carpenter faced what appeared to be betrayal but chose mercy over retribution. Though he later learned that there had been no betrayal, he is used by the gospel writer Matthew to present a picture of genuine righteousness. Tomorrow, a sermon entitled “Joseph Was a Righteous Man” will explore Matthew’s teachings on righteousness and how Joseph sets the standard for how God’s people are to treat others. "Happiness" is all around us. At least, that's what the world wants us to think with carefully curated pictures and posts on social media. But what about the times of sadness, distress, and despair?

Since God's Word is applicable for all seasons of life, it gives us guidance on how to approach the times of sadness, distress, and despair. Please join us tomorrow, May 24th for a lesson titled, "Learning to Lament" where we will examine the What, How, and Why of Lament through a look into the Psalms and Lamentations.
