TUESDAY DEVOTIONAL: The Authority of God's Word
Reading: Luke 4:31-32; 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Devotional: Jesus didn't teach like the religious leaders of His day—He spoke with unmistakable authority because He IS the Word of God made flesh. When we open Scripture, we're not reading mere suggestions or ancient wisdom; we're encountering the living voice of God. The question confronting us today is this: Do we speak about our faith with confidence in God's authority, or do we apologize for what Scripture declares? Our culture pressures us to soften truth, to hedge our convictions, but Jesus never wavered. This week, ask yourself: Am I treating God's Word as authoritative truth, or am I letting fear of rejection water down my witness? The demons recognized Jesus' authority immediately—may we do the same.

Reflection Question: In what areas of my life am I treating Scripture as optional rather than authoritative?

From Adam to Jesus—Your Story Rewritten
Reading: Luke 3:23-38; Romans 5:12-21; 1 Corinthians 15:45-49

Devotional: Luke traces Jesus' genealogy all the way back to Adam, connecting redemption to creation. Through one man, Adam, sin and death entered; through one man, Jesus, grace and life overflow. You were born bearing Adam's image—dust, sin, death. But in Christ, you bear the image of the man from heaven. The credits rolled on Adam's failed representation; Jesus is the second Adam who succeeds where the first failed. Your story was written in Adam's failure, but Christ rewrites it with His victory. Today, embrace this truth: you're not defined by your sinful heritage but by your Savior's righteousness. Live today bearing the image of the man of heaven. What does that look like in your specific circumstances today?

The Trinity Revealed
Reading: Luke 3:21-22; Matthew 28:18-20

Devotional: At Jesus' baptism, heaven opened: the Father's voice boomed approval, the Spirit descended like a dove, and the Son stood in the Jordan. Three persons, one God, present simultaneously—not a ventriloquist act but divine reality. This intimate portrait of the Trinity reminds us that our salvation involves the entire Godhead working in harmony. The Father sent, the Son accomplished, the Spirit applies. We're baptized into the name—singular—of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Today, worship the triune God who orchestrated your redemption. Reflect: Do I relate personally to each person of the Trinity? How does understanding God as three-in-one deepen my worship and transform my prayers?
