Please pray for the repose of the soul of our beloved parishioner, Jane Riggs, whose funeral mass will be Thursday, September 10 at 11 AM. Eternal rest grant unto her O lord and let perpetual light shine upon her. May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Prescription Drug
Drop-Off Event This Sunday
September 13, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
St. John Paul II PLC

The Script Unit of Louisville Metro Police Department will supervise the collection of all unused and expired prescription drugs.

Original pill bottle containers will be accepted or pills can be emptied into plastic storage bags for disposal.

All will be packaged for secure transport by LMPD for incineration. Expired over the counter drugs will also be accepted, but they are considered safe for regular garbage disposal.

Due to heat the risk to volunteers , the Mobile Food Pantry scheduled for September 8 is cancelled.

I regret the inability to give food to those in need. Dare to Care will publish other options for food later in the week or following week.
