Meet Veronica— a woman filled with grief after losing her son. She turned to alcohol to numb her pain, which led to a deeper depression.

By God’s grace, she found our ministry. The Lord has made her into a new creation.

She shows up daily to our Women’s Drop-In Day Shelter to receive services and participate in the ministry programs, including classes and Bible study. She hopes to start her master’s degree so she can help other women with similar struggles like herself.

One of the women in our Drop-In Shelter created this beautiful artwork for our staff and volunteers to express her gratitude. Her note thanked the team for the daily Bible studies and care she receives.

Moments like this remind us that impact is often found in the quiet, meaningful connections made each day through compassion, consistency, and the hope of the Gospel.

Thank you to everyone who serves, gives, and prays for the women we have the privilege to walk alongside.

Volunteer Highlight + Award Recognition

This week, we are honored to recognize Richard and Robin as the recipients of the Holcombe Mercy Ministry Award. Their faithful service, compassion, and dedication to the mission of Re:Center have made a lasting impact on the lives of so many.

For the past 15 months, they have faithfully served by teaching Bible classes, building relationships, and sharing the hope of the Gospel with the men we serve. What began with skeptical hearts has turned into engaged conversations, spiritual growth, and changed lives through their consistency and love.

Richard and Robin have chosen to go where God could use them most and we are so grateful they said yes.

Please join us in congratulating them and thanking them for the incredible difference they continue to make at Re:Center Ministries.
