Church Work Day! 🛝
Thanks to all who came out for our Watkins Church Work Day! Our brand new church and preschool natural playground is now ready for kids, play, and lots of laughter!

Come help spread mulch in the new preschool playground! Pulled pork sandwiches will be provided at lunch time.

Church Work Day this Saturday, May 30th @ 9am!

The church is receiving 12 pallets or 600-40 pound bags of rubber mulch for the playgrounds on Friday the 29th. We are scheduling a work day for Saturday the 30th to move the mulch from the parking lot and spreading it on the playgrounds. If you have a pick-up truck, please bring it. We can load the bags on the trucks and drive them around to the playground (less carrying). We will begin at 9:00 in the morning.

This job really needs your participation. The more people that show up to help, the faster we will get done.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last Sunday for Pentecost Sunday! We had a wonderful combined service with our traditional, contemporary, and Hispanic congregations, followed by a potluck where we enjoyed fellowship and time together. 🔥🕊️

Congratulations to our Watkins UMC graduating seniors, Caleb Wilham, Nathan Kliever, and Wyatt Wheelock! 🎓

It has been such a blessing to have each of you as part of the Watkins family, and our church community is grateful to celebrate this achievement alongside you. We are proud of all you have accomplished and look forward to walking beside you as you step into this next chapter of life.

Join us for Pride Night at Racing Louisville on May 29 at 8:00 PM! ⚽️🏳️‍🌈

Come enjoy a fun night of community and celebration alongside other welcoming and affirming churches from across the area. Tickets are $18, and we encourage you to grab yours soon so you can sit with your group and be part of our section at the game.

Before kickoff, churches will gather at TEN20 Craft Brewery around 6:00 PM before walking together to Lynn Family Stadium at 7:00 PM. Momentum is building, so invite a friend and make plans to join us!
