This was the central passage in my devotions this morning,
“But the one who endures to the end will be saved.” Mark 13:13
Perseverance, endurance is key in the Christian race. John Piper says the key to fighting the good fight of faith is to “keep Christ your delight”. Today lets revel in all that Jesus has done for us, lets delight in His love.

It’s been awhile since I read Oswald Chambers - forgot how great his writing is. From “My Utmost for His Highest”, We have to recognize that sin is a fact, not a defect; sin is red-handed mutiny against God. Either God or sin must die in my life. The New Testament brings us right down to this one issue. If sin rules in me, God’s life in me will be killed; if God rules in me, sin in me will be killed.”
