His Nesting Place - a Home for Mothers and Children

Dear Pastors, Ministers, and Church Leaders,
For the first time in our 43-year history, His Nesting Place is opening its doors exclusively for pastors, ministry leaders, and their guests to come and see firsthand the life-saving work taking place within our home.
We invite you to join us on Saturday, July 11th, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM for a special Open House featuring refreshments, guided tours, testimonies from our current and former mothers and opportunities to learn how your church can become involved in reaching vulnerable women and children.
Every day, women facing crisis pregnancies come through our doors searching for hope, safety, and practical support. Through God’s grace, we provide housing, discipleship, resources, and a loving Christian community that empowers mothers to choose life and build a brighter future for themselves and their children.
While abortion remains one of the greatest moral and spiritual challenges of our generation, many churches are unsure how to become involved in a meaningful and practical way. We believe the answer is found in Scripture.
“Deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain.” — Proverbs 24:11
“Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction...” — James 1:27
At His Nesting Place, this is exactly what we strive to do every day. We are rescuing those who are vulnerable, caring for mothers in crisis, protecting unborn children, and helping families find hope through Jesus Christ.
This Open House is more than a tour of our facility. It is an opportunity to witness the fruit of this ministry, hear stories of lives transformed, and discover the many ways your church can partner with us.
We believe the Church has a vital role to play in answering the abortion crisis with compassion, truth, and practical action. We would be honored to share this mission with you.

On Monday, March 30th we honored Pastor Al Howard, also known as papa, dad, grandpa, and friend to everyone!
How do you sum up almost 88 years of such a precious man’s life?
We truly did our best and believe it was an absolutely beautiful celebration!
Families, friends and loved ones shared their heartfelt love for him and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. With almost 500 in attendance and many more streaming online, We reflected on the loving, funny, outgoing, humble character he had but also got to admire the BRAVE man that he was!!
His children were honored to be his pallbearers and his family followed alongside behind him as they were all being led by his mentor and friend, Bishop Ron Hill of Love and Unity Church where Pastor Al faithfully attended weekly Pastoral meetings there and even requested Pastor Ron himself to do his funeral.
We couldn’t have asked for a beautiful day as we laid him to rest and we’d like to thank all of you who could attend and for those who watched the livestream!
The love he has still lives on in each one of us and we all vow to carry on the torch he passed on to us! Praise the Lord for gifting us with such an incredible man of God

It was hard to squeeze almost 88 years of what this man was for so many into 2 hours but like many have said, it was truly remarkable
he was truly honored and it was an incredible day to witness his love and his life’s legacy
Thank you for those who helped to create this day possible a special thank you to First United Reformed Church, Chino, CA
For allowing us to use your beautiful facility and filming this special day for us all to cherish!
