The theme is: “More Good Days Together.” 💚

Let’s work together to create sustainable positive mental health through love, compassion, and community support. By reducing the stigma surrounding mental health — especially within the church — we can help ensure that no one has to face a not-so-good day alone.

A listening ear, a kind word, a prayer, or simply showing up for someone can make all the difference. Together, we can build stronger hearts, healthier minds, and a more supportive community.
