If you've seen one of our Easter invites, you've seen these traditional Easter symbols. The Church has communicated the gospel message through these pictures for centuries. Come April 5 at 10 AM for our Easter service to hear that gospel message with us!

Symbolism is stashed all over this art. Overall, the garden elements recall the garden where Jesus’ tomb is found empty on Easter morning. Making up the garden elements are additional symbols of the Christian church:
- Peacock feathers represent resurrection
- Myrtle is a symbol of love, with some connection to Gentiles following Christ
- The lily is an Easter symbol of new life
- Butterflies symbolize new life
- Daisies symbolize innocence and the virgin Mary
- A honey bee indicates a beehive, which symbolizes the church working together

Good morning, Lodi! We are still having a steady stream of non perishables thanks to you! We will continue to keep up our little pantry as long as there is a need. But perhaps we need to build a separate pantry so that you can still use our Lil' Library too! As always, take what you need and leave what you can. Blessings on your week!
