GOD OF THE BREAKTHROUGH
“The LORD has broken through my enemies before me, like a breakthrough of water.” — 2 Samuel 5:20

This week's message focused on the God of the Breakthrough. In 2 Samuel 5, after God gave David victory over the Philistines, David named the place Baal-perazim—Master of Breakthroughs, the Lord of the Breakthrough.

Throughout Scripture, we see God making a way where there appears to be no way.

Whether we are waiting, facing resistance, standing before an impossible situation, or walking through the fire, our confidence is NOT in OUR OWN ABILITY to produce a breakthrough.

Our confidence is in the GOD OF THE BREAKTHROUGH!

JESUS the HEALER! We love seeing people touched by the Healer. This chair is just a point of contact but very special to us. It belonged to AA Allen and then to RW Schambach and was used in hundreds of Miracle Crusades. Thank you for doing it again, Lord!

Today as we observe Memorial Day, we honor our nation's heroes who have passed serving our great country so that today, we might enjoy our multitude of precious freedoms. Today we recognize that our forefathers paid the ultimate sacrifice so that freedom might ring across our great nation. Today we take to heart some quotes from great presidents past.

1: John F. Kennedy
"A nation reveals its gratitude not in words alone, but in the way it cherishes the liberty bought by sacrifice."
2. Ronald Reagan
"We remember not just their deaths, but the lives they lived and the ideals they defended."
3: Abraham Lincoln
A nation that does not honor its heroes will not long endure.

Thank you to all of the men and women that gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

***our Trail Life and American Heritage Girls troops are learning about our nation’s history and gaining a love for the American flag and what it stands for. Message us for more information of how to get your children involved.
