TCOGV family and Van friends - DQ in Van is once again partnering with us to support our camp scholarships for Valley Kids, The Crew, and NEXT Youth! Come have dinner, ice cream, or both 😊 with us on Monday, Dec 16th, 5-8 pm. DQ will be donating 15% of the sales during that time.

And, I may have a few blizzard tokens in my pocket for those students that ask 😉

Reminder that our BBQ lunch fundraiser is this Sunday! This is our last camp fundraiser.

If you have signed up to donate items, please deliver them to the church BY SATURDAY, JUNE 8th. We will be working on the boxes that day. I’m glad to meet up with you as well to get your items.

If you have not signed up to donate items, there are a few things remaining. Let me know if you need the Sign-Up Genius Link 😊

Also, be sure to register online to order your box lunches - especially if you will be attending the Mega Sports Camp volunteer meeting after church. It’s a win-win …. grab lunch and go!

This year we have 35 Crew 56 students signed up for Camp U!! Both youth and kids have large groups this year as well!

We’re so excited to be taking so many students, but with that we are needing to raise a few more funds to help cover camp balances. That’s a GREAT problem to have!

We will be doing a BBQ lunch fundraiser on Sunday, June 9th. The link will post soon to begin ordering your lunches.

To help maximize the profits for the students, we are once again asking for donations for the lunch. I have posted the link to the sign-up genius below if you are able to help with any of the items.

If you sign up to donate items, they can be left with me anytime between now and June 8th. We will begin assembling boxes on that day.

Thank you again for helping us help to get all of these students to camp! I know that lives are changed at camp - mine is one of them!

CAMP U NEWS!

Crew 56 parents! All students wanting to attend Camp U MUST BE REGISTERED ONLINE by Wednesday, May 8th. Your camp deposit of $150 must be paid in full by Sunday, June 2nd.

IMPORTANT - our fundraising monies will be distributed on May 10th. Students not registered online by May 8th will not have fundraising monies allocated to their account and will be responsible for the full cost of camp - $250.

If you are needing to apply for a camp scholarship, please make sure your forms are completed online by May 8th.
