Our Kids Ministry at C3 is working their way through a series of their own, and these kids are diving deep into the 10 Commandments!

We are SO proud of our kids as they learn God’s Word and begin establishing a strong foundation for their faith. What an incredible investment in the next generation!

Mrs. Anni did a phenomenal job leading this lesson as the kids got comfy, settled in, and focused on learning. We love watching them grow!

Genesis 50 - BUT GOD
*Sometimes it’s what somebody did to you.
“They meant evil, but God..”
➡ Sometimes people really do mean evil. Acknowledge the hurt. “I WAS HURT”
➡ The Pit was not the end. Usually when revelation comes, it does not get easier, it gets harder. God is faithful to do what He says He’s going to do, no matter the circumstances.
➡ Sometimes it gets worse before it gets better. (Potiphar’s wife) Sometimes doing the right thing may cost you. “The Lord was with Joseph.“ Is that enough?
➡ Don’t waste your prison.(What do I deserve?) You’ve let the hurt and circumstances keep you from working in your prison.
➡ God can use something that He didn’t approve of?
➡ You can’t always see what is happening in prison or the pit. Your circumstance does not dictate the power of God.
➡ The palace wasn’t just about Joseph. From prison to second in command. Joseph’s pain became other’s preservation.
➡ Forgiveness proves your pain no longer rules you. Do not become like the people who hurt you. Revenge requires me to sit in a seat that belongs to God.
➡ “But God” that doesn’t change the past. Maybe your “mess” will minister to another. I don’t need God to change my past , but to light my future.
