Parish Council Elections ~ Parish Council elections will take place on the weekend of September 12-13 and 19-20. Two at-large positions are open. Parish Council meetings are held on Saturday mornings, 4-5 times per year. Terms of office are two years. Those who are practicing Catholics, at least 18 years old, and registered at St. Teresa Parish are eligible to vote and to be elected members. If you are interested, please contact the office. You may submit a photo and a short bio. Names must be submitted by September 8th. Please contact Fr. Kipper with any questions.

From the Lincoln Diocesan Synodal Legislation: “Every parish in the Diocese of Lincoln shall have an active consultative and collaborative body to assist the pastor in continuing the mission of Christ in the parish and community…The Parish Council is an advisory and consultative body. The pastor is responsible for any decision in all matters that affect the parish.”

FYI ~ There will be 12 packs of cheese enchiladas and a quart of pork chili sauce to go available after the 10 am and Noon Mass while they last! There is a limited supply available. $40 per 12 pack.

This helps to support participating St. Teresa 8th graders with their pilgrimage to St. Louis for the beatification of Fulton Sheen later this month. 🙏

Smothered Enchiladas ~ Join us this Saturday, September 5th from 5-7 pm in Kaczmarek Hall in support of participating members of the St. Teresa 8th grade class as they will be traveling to St. Louis for the beatification of Fulton Sheen.

$10 dinner includes ~ 2 cheese enchiladas smothered in pork chili and rice.

Limited to go orders of 12 enchiladas and a quart of pork chili for $40.00.

St. Teresa Centennial Pilgrimage ~ To celebrate our parish centennial, join St. Teresa parishioners through northwest Missouri on Sept. 26th to encounter the beauty of Benedictine spirituality in three unique churches.

We will begin at the Abbey of Our Lady of Ephesus in Gower, where we can pray before the tomb of Sister Wilhelmina. We will continue on to the Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration in Clyde and encounter their beautiful chapels, magnificent mosaics, and extensive relic collection. In Conception, we will visit the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception and Conception Abbey, a Benedictine monastery, which is the home of Benedictine monks dedicated to work and prayer for the greater glory of God.
