Hey, Lincoln friends. I need some help. We are in a bit of transition at my church in our music program. I need to find someone who could play the piano on Wednesday evenings (and maybe Sunday mornings) for a few weeks. Don't have to be perfect pianists, but having a pretty good proficiency level will help a lot. Tagging a few folks I know that might be able to help me track someone down. Friends, does anyone remember Nancy Regier? She is currently at Hillcrest Firethorn hospice and is at end of life. She is alone and doesn't have family to come see her. If you have time, she would benefit from a visit, even if just to read scripture with her and pray. I will be going out to see her on Thursday.

Due to extremely dangerous cold weather temperatures and the forecast of an additional 6 inches of snow, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our in person worship service on Sunday so everyone can stay safe and tucked in. We look forward to seeing you on the 21st.

Friends, First Presbyterian Church here in Lincoln will be holding a prayer vigil for those killed in the shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde Texas. That vigil will be at 6:30 pm tonight. FPC is located at 840 S 17th Street.

Friends, we are having some phone difficulties at the church office and I am wondering if anyone knows a technician who would be willing to come out and look at our system and tell us honestly what we can do to fix it. We need someone who is not trying to sell us expensive equipment but someone who can honestly and openly give us all the options. If you know anyone who would be willing to help us out, can you let us know?
