It was amazing to partner with Revive Ohio and other churches in the city on Sunday to worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth at Faurot Park. The Spirit is alive in Lima, Ohio!

Last Sunday, May 24th, we honored these four individuals and Pastor Greg Stevens for their faithfulness, long-suffering, and dedication to the Church of the Nazarene on the corner of West and Elm Streets in downtown Lima by presenting them with the distinguished service award. This is the highest honor given to lay people in the Church of the Nazarene. It is because of their prayer, persistence, and generosity that Elm Street Church of the Nazarene is what it is today. Tim, Mary, Pat, and Lisa: WE LOVE YOU AND THANK GOD FOR YOU!!!

Join us tomorrow at 10am at Faurot Park for worship with other churches in Lima, as we come together in unity praising God for all he's doing in our city! The choir will be singing and it will be a wonderful time together. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on if you're able.

Pastor Mike's family will be receiving visitors at Chiles - Laman funeral home, Shawnee chapel on Friday from 2-4 and then from 6-8. Funeral service will be at Chiles at Noon Saturday.

I'm Alex. At 2 years old, I was adopted from Haiti, severely malnourished and fighting for my life. I shouldn’t be here, but God had other plans.

He placed me in the arms of my mom and dad, Jim and Kristi, who chose me, sacrificed so much for me, and raised me to know and trust Him.

Before I was adopted, my birth mother said, “I want her to grow up and be a singer like Whitney Houston.” And now, I use my voice to worship the One who saved me.

Every breath I take is by His grace.
Every note I sing is for Him.

This is my testimony.
