As believers, we will face seasons of heartbreak and suffering, but we don’t face them without hope. Our salvation rests in what Jesus has done for us, and we were never meant to carry our burdens alone. We can grieve deeply while holding onto the hope we have in Christ. ❤️

Even in our darkest seasons, His promises remain true.

When life gets heavy, we need our church family more than ever. Don’t isolate and try to handle grief apart from other Believers. We need each other. Sunday we will also have the YOU MATTER trailer in the parking lot. Let’s get to church. ❤️

We are heartbroken by the death of our team member and friend, Becky. She loved deeply, encouraged greatly, and poured out for those around her. She loved God and the people He placed in her path. It didn’t matter if it was a stranger or a close friend.

There are no easy words for a tragedy like this, and we know many of you are carrying sadness, shock, confusion, and questions that may not have answers. Let’s grieve together, pray together, and continue to care for each other. Reach out to others and encourage.

In this dark night of the soul the promises and presence of our God and Savior are real. Psalm 34 promises that God is near to the brokenhearted.
