Thank you!!

Together, we collected more than 1,700 food items for our local food pantry. With the date change, the summer heat, and all the challenges that come with planning an outdoor event, we weren’t sure what to expect. But once again, this community reminded us what it’s capable of when we come together for a greater purpose.

We are so grateful to every person who entered a car, brought a food donation, volunteered, sponsored, attended, shared a post, invited a friend, or simply came out to support the event. You are the reason this tradition has continued for 20 years.

We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible church family. From the months of planning to setting up, directing traffic, cooking food, parking cars, greeting guests, cleaning up, and everything in between—this event simply wouldn’t happen without your servant hearts.

And maybe our favorite part of the day… about two hours after the last car pulled out, the thunder started to roll in. We had been praying all week for good weather, and we’re thankful God gave us exactly the window we needed to gather as a community and serve our neighbors.

Most importantly, because of all of you, local families will have food on their tables. That’s what this event has always been about.

A Quick Update on Our Car Show

After watching the forecast and giving it a lot of thought, we've decided to move our 20th Annual Shiloh Methodist Church Car Show to Sunday, August 9.

This wasn't an easy decision, but we want to give our community, our car owners, and our volunteers the best opportunity to enjoy the day together.

While the date has changed, our mission hasn't.

Our greatest goal has always been to help fill our local food pantry and serve families in our community. Over the past 19 years, you have helped collect more than 24,145 food items, and we'd love nothing more than to make our 20th year the biggest one yet.

We hope you'll update your calendars and plan to join us on Sunday, August 9. Bring your family, invite a friend, and don't forget your non-perishable food donations.

This event has always been powered by our community, and we truly couldn't do it without you.

We can't wait to see you next Sunday!
