This month’s alumni summer staff spotlight is Julia Todd! Julia was a long time camper and then served on the summer staff until 2021.

What have you been up to since your time at camp?
Since being at camp, I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Psychology in December 2023 and then stepped on staff at Christian Student Fellowship at UK as our worship and production director in January 2024!
What was your favorite memory at BGCC?
My favorite BGCC memory was spending my last night as a 7/11 camper “sneaking” into the tribal cabins!
How did camp affect your life?
I often think about how the ministry of camp prepared me to be in full-time ministry. Every conversation with a camper that led them closer to Christ prepared me for what I do now and I’m so grateful!
If you could say anything to your past coworkers/campers now, what would you say?
Miss you all!! I loved serving and serving alongside each one of you!
