ckground (or lack of). Christianity hasn't always lived up to its calling. We know the church has left some of you feeling hurt or rejected. And we will be the first to admit, we aren't perfect either. But we will do our best to be open, honest, and welcoming. You belong at Kaw Prairie.

Leadership author Max DuPree is fond of saying that beliefs shape practices, or in other words if you want to know what you truly believe, you only need to examine your behaviors.

It is one thing to say we believe something, but another thing altogether to actually live out that belief. What do your behaviors say about what you believe in? If you were to audit your monthly expenditures or your monthly calendar, what would be revealed there? What’s one way you could change to bring your assumed beliefs more in line with your actions, as you seek to not just hear the words of Jesus, but to do them (Matthew 7:24-27).
