Good Friday 2026. We gathered to hear the story of the Son of God crucified for our sins to prepare our hearts to triumphantly celebrate the empty tomb on Easter Sunday.

The greatest news in all of history. The tomb is empty, death has been defeated, Jesus is alive!

This Easter Sunday we will celebrate together that the Lord is risen! Join us for services at 8:30 & 10:30.

A note for parents, typically kids join parents for worship before being dismissed to RedeemerKIDS prior to the sermon. But for Easter, kids are welcome to be checked in and dropped off directly at Luther Hall where we will be hosting a festive Easter party filled with games, easter eggs, stories of the resurrection, and more!

Check in your kiddos in advance on the Church Center app to speed up this process.

A note for Parents on Easter Sunday (April 5th!) we are excited to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus in a big way here in RedeemerKIDS!

We believe that the resurrection is the ultimate reason to rejoice, and we want to share that joy with your children in a fun and meaningful way. In light of this, we’ll be hosting a festive Easter party filled with games, easter eggs, stories of the resurrection, and fun snacks! We can’t wait to have your kids join us for a day of joyful celebration. Here are some important things to note before the festivities begin:

Check In on Your Phone!
We are anticipating high attendance numbers. Please try checking in through our Church Center App! It will speed up our check-in process immensely. On your way to church, open the app, tap on “Check-In” at the bottom, select your kids, and then scan your QR code at the check-in computers. It will print your stickers and you can be on your way quickly!

Luther Drop Off Time
You will drop off your PreK-5th grade kids in their classrooms before the service begins! We will keep them for the entirety of the service. Pick up from their normal classrooms.

Special Snacks!
We will offer a snack to all of our kids this Easter morning to celebrate together!
If your child has a specific restriction please let their teachers know and reach out to Katelyn at (620) 271-2939 to arrange an alternative snack option for your child.

9-18 months | plain cheerios
18 mo-2 yrs | cheerios + animal crackers
3 - 4 years | animal crackers + box of white grape juice
PreK-5th Grade | Welch’s Fruit Snacks + Animal Crackers + box of white grape juice

Easter Baskets
We plan to play some games involving easter eggs. If your child wants to bring an Easter basket they are welcome to, but a basket is not necessary.
Thanks, and we’ll see you on Easter Sunday!

All of human history was leading to the top of Golgotha, where Jesus would give His life for our sin. Each year our church gathers on Good Friday with Christians all over the world to mark that darkest day. But in faith, we can call this darkest day “good”, because on the third day we have the hope of the resurrection.

We would love for you to join us on Friday April 3rd from 6:00-7:00pm. We will sing, hear the crucifixion account read from the scriptures, pray, and contemplate the sacrifice of Christ on our behalf. No RedeemerKIDS will be offered during this service.

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of Lent, a time of confession, repentance, and hope in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Ash Wednesday invites us to contemplate our own mortality. We come from dust, and to dust we will still return. Where do we find hope when faced with the weight of our sin and the reality of death?

Our Ash Wednesday service is a time of prayer, worship, contemplation, scripture readings, and imposing of ashes. As we solemnly observe these realities, the hope of the gospel of Jesus Christ shines through. Mortals we may be, but Easter is coming.

Service is 6pm-7pm
