It is with a heavy heart that I share the sad new of Mom’s passing this morning. Mary Helen Hicks Norman fought hard but missed dad so much that she went to be with him. It is so strange to lose both mom and dad a week apart.Right now our plans for the memorial service for both Mom and dad will be 11:00 am, March 7th at Norman’s Grove Baptist Church. If you missed Sunday (yesterday) you missed a celebration. While our hearts and prayers were with the Norman and Hall Families....our Goshen Fellowship family was also jumping up and down with joy so thrilled to be with each other after two weeks of being apart after frigid and wintery weather. We could barely stop hugging each other and excitedly talking in time for Pastor Mickie's wonderful sermon about young Jesus being about His Father's Business.

My dad, Bob Norman, is nearing end of life. My mom, sisters and I are with him. Please pray for dad and our family as we draw together during this time.

Sadly, we had to cancel services this morning because of the threat of ice on the roads, bridges and walkways. It turned out to be a good idea since there is ice out there that has caused some problems.
This week’s planned activities are still on and we hope to see you at the various gatherings.

Deacon Ordination Today! We love each other and love and welcome our two new deacons ❤️
