ā½ļø More than a gameāit was a glimpse of what it looks like when people gather with purpose, care for one another, and live out the kind of community Scripture calls us to.
Thereās something powerful about moments like theseāwhere competition fades, and what remains is something deeper. In the encouragement on the sidelines, the laughter between plays, and the way people show up for one another, you begin to see what we were created for.
This weekendās soccer tournament didnāt just show communityāit revealed it. Not surface-level connection, but something intentional, something lived out.
This is what the church is meant to beānot just a place you attend, but a people you belong to.
āAnd let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the day drawing near.ā
āāHebrews⬠ā10ā¬:ā24ā¬-ā25⬠ā
We arenāt called to isolationāweāre called to walk together, to build one another up, and to live this out daily.
Moments like these donāt just happenāthey reflect a greater reality of people being shaped, sharpened, and united in Christ.
Weāre grateful for everyone who came out and made it what it was. And if youāre looking for something realāthereās a place for you here.
