Summary:

We have been given gifts by the grace of Jesus to equip followers of Jesus to maturity in Jesus.

Because of the presence of the Holy Spirit, the Jesus followers experienced a new way of life together. A community grew as they chose to devote themselves to the apostle's teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread and prayer. They engaged in these practices with attitudes of joy, generosity, and awe.
