The Glory House came into existence when my wife and I moved home to Laurel, MS and began praying about how God could use a house so strategically placed to serve a community. After lots of prayer and many circumstances shifting into place, our prayers are being answered with the purchase of this home. Formerly, the old "Laurel Inn," the house has been vacant for 7 years, and we are the 7th family

to own the house (more to tell there). Our intention is to build a community mission here that will offer various services and ministry facets to anyone who desires to serve others as well as those in need of love and caring. The Glory House will simply bring the goodness of God to those in it's reach. ESL classes, community meals, community service projects, classes for better living and blessing others will be the priority. There's so much to be done and plenty of opportunities to give, serve and support our efforts. We are currently preparing to move and get the house ready for day to day life. After being empty for 7 years, you can only imagine all that has to take place just to make life happen for our family. Good things are already happening and we haven't even started!

Just last week we were blessed to have the staff from Bethlehem Community Church Bethlehem CommunityChurch serving with us at our Bread of Life Food Pantry. They bagged rice, assisted with shopping, handed out clothing items, stocked food pantry shelves, helped carry food bags to cars and prayed for our neighbors🙏
Most importantly, they gave of their time and talents to be the hands & feet of Jesus to our community AND the Glory House team.

Get ready to make a SPLASH💦 through exciting Bible adventures, memory verses, fun activities, games, music, arts & crafts, laughter and tons of ocean-sized excitement.🤩Kids will explore what it means to grow deeper in faith—all while enjoying an underwater adventure they won’t forget. Let's dive into friendship with God!

This year’s SCUBA theme will take kids on an exciting undersea journey as they discover how to:
🐠 Believe in God 🐋 Obey God
🐢 Trust God 🐡 Love God ⭐ Share God’s Love

🌊Come make waves with us and discover God's BIG love in unforgettable ways. It will be a week packed with faith, friends, fun and ocean-deep joy! A light breakfast and lunch will be provided for all VBS'ers. Open to all kids ENTERING K-5 kindergarten-5th grade. Students 16+ are encouraged to register as volunteers and be junior leaders or station assistants. Invite your friends, bring your excitement, and get ready for oceans of fun! 🌊🤿🐚💙
