The San Juan Fiesta activities will be held from June 26th through the 28th.

The Corporation's Indio dancers will dance in front of the church on Wednesday, June 24th at 7:00pm, in honor of the Parish's second patron saint, St. John the Baptist.

We are all saddened by the unexpected and untimely passing of Jonathan. We, as a group, got to know Jon through the Land of the People exhibit that he helped with for our Pueblo and other Pueblos of the area.

We were blessed when he came to Tortugas to help with the Our Lady of Guadalupe Fiesta in December, where he immersed himself with our fiesta to get a hands on understanding of our customs and traditions.

We were blessed when he came to work our spring enchilada dinner and was a jack of all trades.

Jon was full of energy. Jon was full of life. Jon brought a happiness to all those he came in contact with. We saw it every time we met with him or he came to Tortugas.

We pray for comfort and healing for his family and loved ones. We pray for all of us who have been left behind. May we find some comfort and peace during this difficult time.

May Jonathan Rest in Peace.
May Perpetual Light Shine Upon Him.
