At the August meeting, the membership approved for the floor to be replaced in the Casa de Comida. For those who would come into the Casa de Comida would see that the floor needed some major TLC.

Once the removal of the flooring began, the construction crew found the old linoleum and black glue under the top floor (luxury vinyl tiles). This increased the cost but it was necessary to be removed.

Once the crew got to the concrete flooring, epoxy flooring was poured and set. The building looks bigger and brighter with the new floor.

SAVE THE DATE!!!

The Corporation's fall enchilada dinner will be held on Sunday, October 18th from 10am to 4pm at the parish hall in Tortugas!

Tickets can be purchased from Corporation members or at the door. Cost for an enchilada ticket is $12 and the cost for a hamburger/cheeseburger with a bag of chips ticket is $7. Desserts and drinks will also be available for sale during the fundraiser.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our annual fall fundraiser!

Last week, the Corporation had a roll off container dropped off at the Casa de Comida. We need this dumpster as we are re-doing the floor within the Casa de Comida.

This is NOT a public dumpster.

We ask that you do not throw your trash in our dumpster.

The San Juan Fiesta activities will be held from June 26th through the 28th.

The Corporation's Indio dancers will dance in front of the church on Wednesday, June 24th at 7:00pm, in honor of the Parish's second patron saint, St. John the Baptist.
