St. Vincent De Paul Would Like You're Help

The Lakewood Parish's Saint Vincent de Pau Society (SVDP) is requesting donations for toiletries to distribute to those in need. Please leave unopened shampoos, toothpaste/ toothbrushes, deodorant, toilet paper, etc in the SVDP Collection bins located at each parish
We are also happy to receive monetary donations in the poor boxes at St. Clement, located by the church front entry; or through the parish office.

St. Clement Baby Bottle Drive

The Baby Bottle Campaign for the benefit of Birthright, our pro-life pregnancy center in Lakewood, is underway at St. Clement. Just pick up a baby bottle at the church exit and take it home to fill with your extra change to help make a change in the life of a woman experiencing a stressfu pregnancy. The bottles will be due back on Father's Day Weekend. Please support this fundraiser with your loose change. Your support is greatly needed and appreciated.

Ordinations to the Priesthood

This weekend, the Diocese of Cleveland joyfully celebrates the ordination of new priests who will begin their ministry in service to Christ and His Church. As these men offer their lives for the proclamation of the Gospel, the celebration of the Sacraments, and the care of God's people, we ask all parishioners to keep them in prayer as they begin this sacred vocation. May the Lord strengthen them with fidelity, humility, and zeal for souls. Let us also continue to pray for an increase in vocations to the priesthood, diaconate, and religious life throughout our Diocese, that more men and women may courageously respond to the call of Christ and serve His Church with generous hearts.

YOUNG ADULT CATHOLIC SOFTBALL - SUMMER 2026

Two opportunities. One mission: community, friendship, and faith lived on the field.

Cathletics Young Adult Church Softball League
Registration is now open for the Cathletics 2026 Young Adult Church Softball League. This co-ed league is open to players of all skill levels ages 18-39 and is a great way to meet new people while enjoying friendly competition. Games are played on Sundays from late June through mid-August on Cleveland's west side. Individuals, small groups, and full teams are al welcome. Diocesan Young Adult Co-Ed Softball League

The Diocese of Cleveland also offers a Young Adult Softball League focused on fellowship, prayer, and competition. Games are held Sunday afternoons (12:30-7:00pm) throughout June anc July, concluding with a championship in August. All games take place at St. John Bosco Field, 6480 Pearl Rd., Parma. Teams gather in prayer before and after each game, grounding the season in faith and community. Registration is $40 and includes league participation and scheduling.
