Ministry Opportunity – Children’s PastorThe Ridge Church

The Ridge Church is seeking a passionate, Spirit-filled, and gifted Children’s Pastor to lead and grow our children’s ministry. This role will focus on creating a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where kids can encounter God and build a strong foundation of faith.

Responsibilities:

Lead weekly children’s services and curriculum

Recruit, train, and develop volunteer teams

Partner with parents to support spiritual growth at home

Plan events, outreaches, and special services

Qualifications:

A clear calling to children’s ministry

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in ministry or working with children preferred

Alignment with the vision and values of The Ridge Church
