This week, Lakes Church had the incredible privilege of serving thousands of pastors, ministry leaders, and their families from across the country at the SBC Pastors’ Conference.
After a year of praying, preparing, and dreaming, we watched God bring it all to life. What a gift it was to witness!
Pastor Aaron, we are so proud of you. You embraced the responsibility of serving as this year’s conference president with the same heart you lead our church with every week—to exalt King Jesus and encourage His people. You led with humility, conviction, resilience, and excellence, and we know countless lives were impacted through your leadership. We love you and thank God for you.
To our staff, thank you for serving with excellence every step of the way. You showed up with willing hearts, prayed faithfully, and served humbly behind the scenes. Your kindness and dedication made a lasting impact, and we are deeply grateful for each of you.
To our church family, thank you for embracing this opportunity. You served sacrificially, welcomed guests generously, and worshiped wholeheartedly. Together, we had the chance to encourage pastors and ministry leaders from around the nation. We truly could not have done it without you.
We pray we never lose sight of what God allowed us to be a part of this week. What an incredible honor.
