The LORD does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart. »1 Samuel 16:7

When God looks at your heart, what does He see?

Does He see…
• Pride disguised as confidence?
• Recognition instead of servanthood?
• Control instead of trust?
• Bitterness hidden behind a smile?
• Jealousy masked as discernment?
• Offense that refuses to heal?
• Ambition without surrender?
• A desire to be seen more than a desire to please God?

Or does He see…
• Humility
• Integrity
• Love for people
• A servant’s heart
• Faithfulness when no one is watching
• Genuine repentance
• A hunger for His presence
• Trust in His timing
• Compassion for others
• A sincere desire to glorify Him

The truth is, people can only see our actions. God sees our motives.

Before asking God to change our circumstances, we should first ask Him to search our hearts.

Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. »Psalm 139:23

What God can do through you will always be connected to what He first does in you.

☀️June at Wellspring Church☀️

As summer begins, we want to intentionally create space for what matters most: family.

Throughout the month of June, we will be scaling back to Sunday morning services only (with the exception of our special weekend with Buddy & Kerri Mullins).

This means there will be:
• No Encounter Prayer Nights on Tuesdays
• No Equip Nights on Wednesdays
• No Men’s & Women’s Ministry Nights

We love gathering throughout the week, but we also believe there are seasons to intentionally invest in the relationships God has entrusted to us.

Scripture reminds us:
“These words that I am giving you today are to be in your heart. Repeat them to your children…” »Deuteronomy 6:6-7

Some of the greatest moments of discipleship happen around dinner tables, on family vacations, during conversations, and in the everyday moments of life.

Take this month to rest, reconnect, and make memories with your family. We’ll continue gathering every Sunday and look forward to kicking off a brand-new Equip Night Series on July 1st.

Join us as Buddy & Kerri share powerful testimonies, worship, and the incredible work God is doing through Hope For The World Foundation around the globe.

At Wellspring Church, we believe the Gospel isn't meant to stay inside a building… it is meant to reach the nations.

Hope For The World Foundation began in 1994 when Roger Mullins walked into an orphanage in Albania and found children sleeping 30 to a room with no mattresses, thin blankets, and no heat. That winter, he returned and gave those children their very first Christmas. More importantly, they experienced warmth, dignity, and the love of Christ.

Since that day, more than 11,000 lives have been impacted through the faithfulness of this ministry.

Today, under the leadership of Buddy Mullins, Hope For The World continues to bring practical help and the hope of Jesus to people around the world. While many know Buddy from his years with the Gaither Vocal Band, his greatest passion is sharing Christ through missions and serving those in need.

This is the Gospel in action.
