G’day Mates!

We had a great time today learning how we were fearfully and wonderfully made down to the tiniest detail by God’s amazing design. Each of us different and exactly the way God planned it. Psalm 139:14

Such an amazingly detailed creation could not have happened by accident. Game Master Mike had us testing our balance skills while Mrs. Tami focused on using our fine motor skills and paying attention to details.

We had a hoppin’ good time today at Zoomerang VBS!

We learned that we were made in God’s Image from the very beginning. Not by accident. Not by evolution. On purpose, for a purpose. Genesis 1:27

We heard stories about Australia and Jumpin’ Jack the Kangaroo. Then made made some Rockin’ Dot Art in the Turtle-y Terrific craft room followed by Jumpin’ for Jesus games. Our worship team really shook things up and who could forget Super Ball!

On Sunday morning our class learned that "Jesus has power over evil".
The kids danced their way through worship and had the best time. 👏🙏

🙏Our lesson was centered around when Jesus healed a man with many evil spirits found in Mark 5:1-20.

Highlights:
🌟Jesus healed the man with the evil spirits and sent the evil spirits into a herd of pigs

🌟 What are you afraid of? What do you do when you’re afraid?

We know that we can pray to God whenever we are scared and he is always there and listening. Evil does exist in this world, but HE has the power over evil and is LIGHT in the world.💡🔦

🌟 Jesus came to earth to destroy the Devil by dying on the cross. One day, Jesus will end evil forever.

🌟 We completed a fun worksheet and crossword puzzle.

😎CHALLENGE this week: Journal about what you were like before you knew God? How has your attitude changed? How do you treat others?

🌅The kids had a great time Sunday morning. They watched a video pertaining to our lesson and played "helper four corners".
Followed up by worship and dance and our discussion about the lesson.

🙏Our lesson was on the paralytic that was healed found in Mark 2:1-12.

Highlights:
🌟Jesus forgave all of his sins, then healed him.

🌟 How do you know a person is good? Just because you have power doesn't mean they are good. They serve God, you see them go to church every week, you see them going out of their way to make things right and help others, they praise and worship God everyday and they are doing all these things consistently.

🌟 The life we lead says who we are.

We encourage you to continue these discussions through out the week and watch God work in the lives of your children. See you next week!

Our Mpact girls' sleepover has been rescheduled for tomorrow, September 29 and 30th! Have your girls meet up at church Friday evening starting at 6 and be ready to pick them up Saturday at 9! We're looking forward to a fun night together!
