I held her in my arms that day. Ten fingers. Ten toes. A face so still it seemed like the whole world had stopped breathing with her.

Losing my granddaughter was the hardest "why" I've ever had to bring to God. If you are walking through a loss right now, I know the silence can be the hardest part. You might feel like you have to choose between being honest about your pain and being "strong" in your faith.

Hear me on this. You don't have to choose.

In today's new video, I share a biblical path to finding joy again. This kind of healing doesn't ask you to get over your grief. It teaches you that joy and sorrow can live in the same heart at the same time. We look at why Jesus wept at his friend's tomb and what to do on nights when sleep won't come.
